Exchange and Return

At Shayarana Clothing Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• Exchange is only applicable for size or article change, subject to stock availability.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

• We do not offer cash refunds.
• Returns are only accepted in case of:
• Wrong item delivered
• Defective or damaged product
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear pictures.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

• Discounted or sale items
• Accessories
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges for exchange or return will be borne by the customer, unless the mistake is from our side.

Approval Process

All exchanges and returns are subject to inspection and approval by Shayarana Clothing Store.
