Approved Cancellations

In the rare event that an order cancellation is approved, a 25% Operational Fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

This fee helps cover the immediate costs incurred once an order is placed, including:

  • Payment gateway processing charges

  • Fulfilment and handling expenses

  • Restocking and administrative costs

This Order Cancellation Policy is separate from and does not affect your rights under our Refund / Exchange Policy, which remains fully applicable after you receive your delivered items.
